The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 11,                                 
2002, calendar (page 3531), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 270(RLS)                                                   
     "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of                                         
     Dispensing Opticians; relating to the regulation of dispensing                                 
     opticians; relating to the use of pharmaceutical agents in the                                 
     practice of optometry; and providing for an effective date."
